HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! The technician was supposed to be at my house within a few hours after I originally contacted Burggraf, however, it took around 6 hours before they showed. The restoration process went smoothly after that. However, the biggest complaint that I have had with Burggraf is their home office. I was very patient and had to call multiple times over the course of 2-3 weeks requesting the detail of services performed and invoice be sent to me. It finally took chewing someone out to get the invoice sent. It was sent within the hour after that conversation occurred. A month after the work was performed, I received a statement from Burggraf stating that my account was past due even though I had provided my credit card information to them the day that the services were performed. I have had multiple people tell me that they couldn’t help me, that I had to talk to someone else, that I had to call back, that their computers were down, etc… Quite frankly, I regret ever contacting them!
