On 5-14-09 at approximately 10:15 pm a truck pulled into my driveway. The driver(s) got and proceeded to shine his flashlight in my entryway window. He then proceeded to bang on my entryway door. At this point I was scared and woke my sister. She watched the guy proceed to shine his flashlight in all the windows of the house including bedroom windows. At this time she called 911. I have 3 small children ages 5 and 2 and they awoke very scared. The man proceeded to bang very loudly on our doors and rang the doorbell repeatedly. The 911 operator told us NOT to answer the door. She could also hear the banging and the doorbell being rang. When the police arrived and came to the door then I knew why the men were at my house. I am not upset that my vehicle was taken(accually relieved) but I am upset that these men especially the bigger of the two was shining his flashlight in our windows and making such a commotion. I know of others that have had their vehicle taken and the repo people never acted like this. It was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! Jen Gaylord, MichiganU.S.A.
