THIS COMPANY IS DOWNRIGHT AWFUL!!!!! TO THE 2 HOURS ON HOLD, WITHHOLDING MY VEHICLE, REFUSING TO DISCLOSE COST PRICE SO I CAN PAY AND THE BUSINESS OWNER HERSELF CATCHING ATTITUDE AND HANGING UP ON ME AFTER MY PROFESSIONAL COMPLAINT. WHAT COMPANY ARE YOU RUNNING THAT YOU HAVE A CONSUMER, WE ARE PAYING FOR THE CAR TO BE RETURNED, ON HOLD AND BEING RUDE BECAUSE YOU ARENT DOING YOUR JOB TO RETURN A VEHICLE SINCE YOU DONT RELEASE VEHICLES OVER THE WEEKEND AND EXPECT SOMEONE WHO HAS A FAMILY AND JOB TO BE OKAY WITH THAT TYPE OF SERVICE. NO SURPRISE…I RESEARCHED MORE ABOUT THIS COMPANY AND BEHOLD THEY WERE SUED!!!! FOR SELLING A VEHICLE OF A SERVICE MEMBER WHO WAS DEPLOYED FIGHTING FOR OUR COUNTRY! THE DISRESPECT IS UNBELIEVABLE HERE!!! I AM NOT SOMEONE WHO WRITES REVIEWS LIKE THIS, BUT THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW THIS.
