They emailed me a letter with case number, original creditor, account number, total due amount, and settlement amount. Case file : 239-00614CAR1736 Original Creditor: Wells Fargo Bank Account : WF3954370411 Total Due: 1,230.78 Settlement Amount: 684.62 Mark Rios also told me that if I can’t come up with the settlement, they can report me to the IRS. He threatened me they would take me to court, and I would have to pay for; lawyer, judge, and the whole case.
