This bulgarian company, owned by deyan petkov, keeps 3 weeks settlements plus $2000 escrow on hold. when you quit they keep it all. i was forced to quit when they stopped paying me. they change names yearly. was gd trucking, then barry nix trucking, now they are known as burtex truck lines. they moved from irving texas to haltom city texas but i hear they are moving again soon. same office staff. aall you can do is file claim with fmcsa and sue in county court but collecting anything once you get a judgement will be difficult because he ownes nothing.
