This company is by far the worst for everything from the services they provide to the rude customer service agents. Its like this company takes pride in being crappy. | The service they provide vs the prices they charge font match up. Basically their services aren’t worth the money they charge for said services. I pay $100+ a month for internet service but, their internet spends more time down than it does up. | They are price gouging us customers because they want to charge us customers way more than what we are provided. A Google review search of this company brings up 97% negative reviews. | The negative reviews out weighs the positive reviews. Despite all the bad reviews they continue to charge such high prices for such shitty service. Seems they don’t care how bad their services are they just want to get rich off the backs of us customers and not actually ensure that we are getting what we are paying them for. | Considering a class action lawsuit just to get them to give a crap about their own company and the services they provide. Maybe then they will work to fix the unreliability of their services so they are more reliable and then their prices will better reflect the service provided.
