Bought my car in November,, the registration was due January. I had them add it to my payment for the car. Charged me 470 for registration and transfer fees. January comes and goes and I do not receive my registration in the mail. I call cabo and ask them if they recieved it yet. They tell me to call back in a couple days when the one and only person who only works 4 hours a day 4 -5 days a week is there. I call back 3 days later and she tells me I should receive this week. The week passes and nothing yet. I call the dealer again. Speak to same and person. Nothing happens says she will call me tomorrow after she speaks to her DMV person. I call the next day And she tells me I can go to the DMV and pick up my tags. I go to the DMV and they tell me it hasn’t been paid. So 4 months have passed and they didn’t even pay my registration. Then later that day I found out they didn’t even pay off my car I traded in.All in all, Dishonost, irresponsible, lazy and slow when it comes to service.
