I had a minor accident on January 29, 2017. My insurance suggested I use Caliber Collision. They got some of the parts but still missing a part to complete the job. They kept saying it’s coming and on order. It was supposed to come in 2 weeks ago and it had a tracking number but didn’t show up. I ended up calling the Honda corporation. Then finally last Wednesday they said it was in. Now my car is supposed to be ready this afternoon. It’s been a nightmare dealing with them. Always promising but no actions. I wish I would of taken my car to the Honda dealership.
