All the excuses or lies, broken promises NEGLECT, bad management. Caliber is not very responsive & that means you lose money or have a bad experience. After listening to excuses over & over you just run out of time as the BS from Chris Loeffler & Zach the smooth talking salesmen continues. It costs so much money while they pass the blame for everything.
