We bought a truck from them. We bought a truck from them which was covered by Finance. But unfortunately when we went back we found there were so many problems with the car. First of all, the engine was creaking and the gasket was leaking. So we have to fix the gasket as soon as possible or else we are losing out on gas. We informed the dealership and informed them that we would also be looking for fixing the gasket completely or we are looking for a replacement because we would not be dealing with a broken gasket when the truck that we have bought is brand-new. So this is what they said. Yes. I definitely understand but I will not be able to do anything about it. What kind of service are they providing? A simple gasket replacement. How much can it be? They are willing to misbehave with customers telling them blatant. No right on their face when my car is already covered. And paid in full This is just coming the customers. Why would there be a broken gasket? On a new truck. Definitely that means it is an old gasket. This was a complete ripoff. I would never want to do business with them again. I have definitely got my casket fixed and I have got a replacement for it. But that was through a different deal of it did cost me but at least it’s brand-new.
