I lost business because of them

I am an office cab driver and I have been serving many office colleagues from about the past 10 years. I had a very good expression until I bought a used GMC Savana passenger’s van from the Callahan Motor Company LLC. My old passenger’s van was getting rusty and problems occurred very often. I decided to sell it and buy a new van. I did a lot of research about the best pre-owned car selling the company and zeroed down to the Callahan Motor Company LLC. It was a mistake buying from the wrong company. I wasted a lot of money and had to sell the van I bought from them.
I found this company online and made an appointment with the manager because of their pleasing inventory which attracted me to a great extent. I went into the place to check out their collection, they had a vast variety which made me confident enough to buy from them. Their pricings were affordable and the behaviour of the staff was also good. Everything went fine until the payment was done. The sudden change in the behaviour of the manager shocked me. He was at his best before the payment was done and somehow convinced me like a good salesman for choosing the right vehicle. I was very happy and did the payment over cash. I then requested him to tell me about the specifications of the van, the mileage, and the diesel consumption tank. He changed a note in his voice and told me to search online if I had so many issues as he had no time for all of it. I asked him about the delivery of my van to which he said that he would call when the time comes till then I would have to wait.
I was thinking about the strange behaviour the whole time after I came back from the place. It was more than 3 days and I decided to call him to take updates regarding the delivery of my vehicle. He didn’t pick up the call several times. It was the fifth time when he picked up the call and scolded me for not having patience and hanged up the call soon. He didn’t pick up the call for the next 2 days. It was after a week when he called from the front and told me about the delivery. He then delivered the car and I took a sigh of relief, it took them a week to deliver and all my customers went away thinking that I had quit the job. I had to advertise again to keep my business running.
I still curse the Callahan Motor Company LLC for being so rude after the deal and also the unexpected late delivery of the van which incurred me a great loss in my business. I would never suggest anyone buy anything from them because they are good at convincing anyone to buy vehicles from them but as soon as the payment is done they don’t treat you like a customer. Please take your business elsewhere and stay away from such a two-faced company.
