About 4 weeks ago I puchased a 1999 Ford Explorer for Calvery Cars in Norfolk VA. I bought the extra warrany and everything. After the first night that I had the truck, I went to start it up in the morning and it would hardly run. I told my sales rep. Ron Marshal about it and the other problems I wanted them to fix. He said, “no problem”. Then when I received the truck back only 3 of the 8 things I wanted fixed were done so the next week i had to take it back to them and again after 4 days the there was only 1 or 2 things done to it and they never fixed the problem of the truck running roughly. Now I am on the fourh trip back to them and they finally looked at the truck and said it is the intake gasket that is leaking but they will not cover it under the thirty day warrenty even though the were supposed to be fixing it in the first place. To top it all off, my sales rep who said it would be taken car of is gone away to some school for the dealership and nobody knew anything about the problem I had with the truck but the sales rep. The best of all is that the owner of CALVARY CARS, (TONY CERZA) was very rude. joe Newport News, VirginiaU.S.A.
