DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM CAMELBACK FLOWER SHOP. And their customer service is even WORSE. I had a horrible experience with this online flower shop and I don’t want any other person to suffer as I did. I bought a Large Signature Box from Camelback Flowershop for $185 online. It contained biscuits, flowers, matches and a couple of other “aromatic” and “organic” stuff. However, most of the items were damaged when I received the box. The flowers were totally RECKED and squished, the biscuits were crumbled and the rest of the box was totally unarranged. I bought this two hundred dollar box as a gift for mother’s day and it ruined the whole surprise. The squished flowers were all sticky and I don’t even want to talk about the biscuits. When my mom opened it, she wasn’t expecting to see trash. After this, I immediately took a photograph of the box and its products and wrote an email to Camelback Flowershop requesting a refund. And the next day I received an email from them stating,” We are sorry if you had to go through any trouble or if we caused you any kind of discomfort. Our products are made from high-quality material and you will certainly not be disappointed with their quality. We make sure that each package that leaves the shop stays intact and there is no chance that you received a damaged set of flowers from us. We cannot give you a refund or any type of compensation.” WHAT THE HELL!!! The customer staff at Camelback Flowershop is just too arrogant, they don’t give a damn about the customer’s well being and customer satisfaction. They literally told me that they couldn’t have damaged the package which indirectly implies that I deliberately damaged the box. WHY WOULD I DO THAT?! I replied to them and told them that the products in the box were damaged as soon as I opened it but I haven’t received any reply from them. I have sent them around 3 emails by now and still, I haven’t received a single reply from these guys. I’m sure that they are avoiding me so they don’t have to give me the refund. I don’t think I will ever get my $185 back. It is not a small amount of money for me but it seems that this store doesn’t give a fuck about it. I would strongly suggest that you stay away from Camelback Flowershop. I was a fool to buy their products, please save yourself some time and money and go to any other place. I am a regular online buyer and I buy stuff all the time from different e-commerce stores, however, none of them had such BAD customer service. My experience with Camelback Flowershop was a memorable experience for me that made me realize that there is a shitty business in this world too.
