Since I purchased in 1994 the Toyota DX King Cab P/U truck – I have replaced the head gasket two times. The water pump three times. The timing belt three times. Not to mention the paint on the hood and the top of the cab is peeling off. The front end has had a shimmy since I have owned it. I have replaced the starter motor once and the radiator two times. Since the first time of replacing the head gasket I have every so many miles have to replace all the hoses on the truck. Personally for me buying a Toyota has been nothing less than a pain in the buttocks and a money pit. I had to put AAA on it that way when it breaks down I can have it towed back to either the junk yard or my house which ever is closest. I will never purchase ANOTHER Toyota as long as I live. If they gave me one for free I would not except it. This is the WORST vehicle I have ever had the pleasure of paying $22,000.00 for. What a piece of CRAP. Every time I have taken it into Camelback Toyota to have it fixed it comes back to me working worse than it did when I brought it in. They are nothing more than crooks. Peggy phoenix, ArizonaU.S.A.
