When I accessed your website, I came on everyone complaining about the same problem I had. Ordered Yeti cup 12/15/16 – cannot reach customer service on phone; abbsolutely no response to emails. Received two extra tops ordered about 6 wks later, which are really useful with no cup! Total scam artist – serves me right for ordering off a facebook ad, and puts any legitimate advertizers on facebook in a bad light.
