After coverage for roadside assistance expired on my vehicle, (Covered for 3 years when purchased) I purchased a Plus membership with CAA. Having now purchased a new vehicle with roadside coverage included I called CAA a to cancel my coverage and request a rebate. I was informed that no rebate is given with only 3 months left to expiry and that since my expiry was only 4 months away the rebate would be negligible. After expressing my disappointment at being charged 25% of my membership fee as an administration fee to cancel my coverage my only recourse was to cancel and inform the representative that I would never be a CAA customer in the future. I was also unable to locate any type of customer service or complaint address, phone number or website…not good!
