I rented a boat from Cannons Marina and at first, everything felt nice. It felt great to be in the water and to have this experience with friends. But the feeling was shortlived.
I encountered a rude and disrespectful staff at the front desk. She brought her problems to work from home and expected me to take her bad mood. Unfortunately, I am not the one for that.
The water looked still and a day at sea sounded great. This rude and disrespectful person didn’t do her job and give us details of the area and of maps to have with us. Our trip didn’t start on a good impression with the rude person.
There’s no trained staff to give clients their best services and care when in contact with people it feels odd to talk to someone such as this rude woman. I felt my needs weren’t taken care of as it should have been at Cannons Marina and didn’t feel the need to continue this boat trip. Besides, I wasn’t happy with the condition of the boat.
I didn’t want to feel stuck at sea and have no map of directions and the company didn’t give me what I paid for here.
In a short time, I had the boat I felt dissatisfied with customer’s service and with unfriendly and rude staff members.
The rude staff member didn’t accommodate for my needs and I wasn’t impressed with her terrible behavior toward me. It didn’t make sense to have returned the boat before completion of time and to have gone through rough waters without a map from the front desk. I regret going on a boat trip with no maps and no pleasant staff from Cannons Marina. A company with no professional staff to assist in the detailed information on boat trips shouldn’t be in business. It is rude and unpleasant for the working team to react in this way to our needs. I see no priority of customer’s service.
A customer needs should be pleased with no hassle and I didn’t find that at this place.
Customer’s service is of no interest to the staff members and they don’t realize where their paycheck is coming from.
I paid for an overpriced rental boat and this is part of the staff’s income and yet they don’t know how to please a customer.
They are inconsiderate of customer’s needs and they don’t know about making a customer feel happy after a business deal. I don’t appreciate the terrible customer’s service and the rude behaviors from the staff at Cannons Marina. I don’t recommend an unprofessional company to anyone I know due to the experience I had with the working team. I don’t wish to go back there to experience rude and disrespectful staff conversations. Nothing I received on my rented boat felt satisfied and pleasant on that day. I expected better from Cannons Marina and received the worst from the boat trip and from staff members. You won’t get top-notch customer’s service from this place.
