Cap2win.com is a scam. I have seen other complain about it being a rip off but wanted to give the benefit of the doubt-last month as I was poised to be the monthly winner my page stopped working and my picks were not counted-so I contacted support twice and received no response. Then I contacted the owner who at that piont claimed to not understand english and never offered to look into the matter .
