#CB73762182, incident beginning Sept 15, 2019. 0 Stars. Total scam. Gives ship times of 4-6 weeks, no hat 15 weeks later. Says because of holidays production is behind. Asked for order to be cancelled 3 times. Finally they obliged. Contacted asking when refund will be issued. Says because of holidays BILLING is behind. Will be reporting company to the BBB and not giving up getting my money back.
