Capital City Cheverolet

I purchased a 2002 Chevy S-10 from Capitol City that had 1,000 miles on it, for a grand total of 35,430.00 on May 21, 2002. Since then I have learned the value of the truck is about 10,000.00. They had me lie on my credit application in order to get approved. They orginally sold the truck on 10/28/2001 to another person for 32,910.64 so how come as a used vehicle the price goes up? But I guess I was luckier then them , they stuck that person with 21.8%. They talked me into this great security system (Express Code/Etch)for 2,500.00 that you can get for around 40.00 or police depts. usually do for free. I also got the Gap insurance for 495.00 which can be gotten for usually 200.00. I was lead to believe when I signed the contract that I had five days to get it financed on my own at a lower rate, but the darndest thing no place would because the truck was so over priced. But since I willingly signed the contract I guess I’m stuck. You want to talk about PREDATORY FINANCING the loan is through Bank of America, prior to this sale they wouldn’t even open me a checking account but I’ll be dam’d they gave me a loan for 30,000.00.?????
