I purchased condominium in Las Vegas NV and was forced to use Capital Escrow because it was REO property and bank/seller requested their service. First I realized that fees for Capital Escrow service is about 30% higher then other escrow companies charge. After negotiating, Capital Escrow adjusted their fees a little but charged extra fee for unprovided service (carrier service) on closing. Recommend to avoid using Capital Escrow service. There are many other escrow companies with better service and lower fees.
