We entered a agreement with Capital improvents LLC, the owner is ryan richards, agreement was 1/3 down 2,600$ his worker came for about 4 short days, did little work, when confronted about such little work being done, he hung up on me I told him to call me back or dont come back. He never called, left his tools here and now the owner says he never got a penny from his brother. This company is a total scam.
