It has been 12 months since the valet parking has lost my laser key to one of my vehicles a 2012 BMW 640i parked at Saddle Ranch, Hollywood. This valet Service was through Car Parks, Inc. at 9000 W. Sunset Blvd. Ste 1410 West Hollywood, CA 90069 (323-462-6060) One of the worst Valet services I have had the displeasure of knowing. When this situation occurred it had caused me much stress and inconvenience as I was not only locked out of my car, but also locked out of my estate with zero access to the property. Cameron Riahi, (general manager of Saddle Ranch) was instrumental in ensuring that I was transported to my estate and back. Thankfully my housekeeper that evening was home and was able to access me in to obtain my “spare” laser key. I then returned to the Saddle Ranch Sunset location to pick up my car. The following day I presented an invoice directly from Century BMW located in Studio City , Ca to Raffi the supervisor of valet. He assured me I would be reimbursed in full from the valet employee who lost the key. Since then the employee has left the company and Raffi seems to give me excuse after excuse, and when I approached him one night he started behaving disrespectful to me in front of patrons pulling in and out of the valet. I took it upon myself to obtain the owners information and discuss this with him. His name is Joseph Gharib. He refuses to reimburse me for my key that his employee lost. He has also said he would look into the matter and call me back and he never did. I called him several times and was always told he was not in or in a meeting. This is one of the WORST businesses I have ever had to deal with and I would not recommend their valet services to anyone, as they do not keep their promise in getting your car key cost reimbursed when they do lose it. I would recommend you NEVER use their services.
