Some of you might be witnessing a change in ratings from my side. Well there is whole story behind it. I needed a used car for myself and went to Cardenas BMW for that. They situated at 210 N Loop 499, Harlingen, Texas. It’s just a friendly advice DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I usually do not post reviews about people. I think I might ruin someone’s reputation and maybe I am the only one who had to face an issue otherwise their services might be good. I could not control myself this time. They know how to tackle their customers and make sure they buy from you. They will talk to you for fifteen minutes and will have smooth meeting so that you fall into their trap and choose them. They do not pressurize you but their explanations are so fucking compelling that you cannot even imagine. I have become the victim of their persuasive talks too. I got an immediate appointment with the dealer and was on time. I did not have to wait and the meeting started. The dealer was already there thankfully. The managers from all required departments discussed their own terms and conditions. They fully explained their system and I was satisfied. The atmosphere was very good and the environment was friendly and accommodative. I was mesmerized by the experience until now and I booked a car from them. I paid the necessary amount and went home. The car was supposed to be delivered in a month. It was already available just the mechanics and other technicians were asked to check the car before delivering. I was really delighted by their enthusiasm and dedication to their customers. But I made a huge mistake by trusting them and being caught up in their wordplay. Just because of their compelling words, I agreed on paying an extra $500. My car was not delivered as promised. They delivered it 15 days late and even then there was no number plate. It had to be renewed according to them. I was frustrated now because there have been a lot of tiny issues which I had been already resolving on my own. The seat covers I asked them to put were not there and they had asked for a week to get it done. It had been 3 months now and they have not been able to do any of the things right. The car broke down after two drives. I called them and they did not answer. I took the car on my own to get it fixed but they asked for extra service charges. Like why the hell would I pay you if you have not delivered the right thing? They denied on repairing the car now and I asked another service station to do it. I have been calling every now and then to know about the number plate and the seat covers but they are either irresponsive or have a lame excuse that they need more time and the fabric ordered is late from Japan.
