Hi, i”m so disappointed. I paid over 7, 000 for the items last march. Less than a year ago. The chairs are definitely already breaking down and you can feel the springs in the sofa. I wish I spent 2, 000 at bob”s. Plus nobody will help resolve these issues. Im sick over this. Actually i”m so disappointed. And where do I go from here? So we purchased all the items from carti furniture in seabrook nh we didn”t take the store warrenty because we bought bernhart which is $ and I believed they would stand by this furniture. Also we have no kids no pets. This is awful. I need help with these issues. Not asking for our money back but this furniture needs to be taken out of this home and new brought in. Or our money back
