I ordered parts for my Alfa Romeo one year and two days ago. Edward Perlowsky runs this one-man business and does it HORRIBLY! Over the past year he has contacted me ONE TIME; to confirm the order. I SWEAR he gets to work in the morning and takes the phone off the hook. It stays busy for HOURS AND HOURS on end. When it does actually ring, you, the customer, are left hearing and ANOUNCEMENT machine (one that is incapable of taking messages). I have tried to contact him via his “customer service” email. I have never recieved a response. I have spoken with him a few times. Excuses, excuses, excuses… and still waiting! Burke Douglasville, GeorgiaU.S.A.
