Tried to order a product, Mastique Biotin Complex for a “free” trial for $4.95 shipping charge. Once I entered my credit card number it auto populated two other items that I did not want and would not give me an option to cancel. I called to cancel; they shipped anyway. Also put me on a monthly automatic shipment program. What started out as $4.95 became (4.95+4.95+19.99+1.95= $31.84) for one month) I called again once I received the package and said I want 100% refund, they said can give 30% refund of the 19.99 product but other charges were shipping charges. I told them I was reporting to BBB. Representative came back on line and said they would give 100% refund and cancel future orders. May take a month to credit my account. So actually, I will wait to see if I get a refund, but returned all unopened items with tracking receipt.
