An individual posing as Carla Hayes is posting ads on Craigslist and Shoppok offering hardship loans. (In several states). Her title is Administrator Consumer Services, or the Department of Housing. For a $300 fee she will work around and be able to push applications through for grants that are offered for financial hardship. or a $4000 grant. Not a loan, so this money does not need to be paid back. She only wants a copy of your drivers license, and your current address. If you want the check mailed to you, or you can give her your bank information, and the funds will be deposited there, in 2 days. She a true scam artist. Involving a lot of people and the lies she tells people to get them to trust her. She asks you to get a reload pak of $150 once she gets your information. Then when you get the money, you send her another $150 the same way. She has an assistant or someone who will contact you to confirm your information. Her name is Andrea Page. Andrea and Carla will then tell you that your funds will be released. These people are listed as references and will say they sent her $300 then got $4000.
