Company is a rip-off. Ordered a replacement engine for C10 pickup and received an engine for a Camaro. Wanted to get an engine out of a C10 pickup with VIN “F” and received Camaro engine for VIN H or G. Core of engine is the same (305) but fly-wheel, exhaust manifold etc. aren’t and I wanted an engine that match my VIN. They attempted to send me parts piece by piece make the engine work, which I refused. This is not what I placed the order for. The order clearly stated C10 Pickup, VIN “F” and it did no say “or equivalent”. They would take the engine back if I paid for return shipping and a 20% handling fee. Shipping is multiple hundred Dollars and I am not willing to pay for this since they shipped the wrong item. I had the same experience as previous complaint stated. Very rude customer service if you can get a hold of someone. Be prepared to honestly wait for hours on the phone to get a hold of someone and when you do, they don’t call or email you back anyhow. I am persuing legal action and I can only advise others not to do business with them. They have a very professional WEB-site, but under the hood is junk. They also try to cover their as.. by stating for example: Not picture of actual engine. This is understandable but it does not even come close. I assumed is would be something similar but what I got is a filthy piece of junk (right out of a Camaro junk car), put on an old tire strapped to a pallet. Besides it being filthy, totally covered in grease etc., it was the wrong engine. Businesses like this should be shut down since everything is very dishonest. .
