Do they really have quality stuff, sure and do they have staff that pays attention to customers, actually the answer is no. Why is the answer no? This is because one of the customers went there about three weeks ago at noon and walked in and wasn’t greeted at all. People in there were busy, fine, the customer understood and proceeded to spend almost 15 minutes in the store and came across something that he actually liked. He stared around only to see no employee to question him/her. I don’t know if it was because she was a young female by herself looking around or maybe they just luck customer service skills. Actually, nobody knows. The customer stayed there for a while, looked at the make and manufacturer of the furniture, checked it at the internet and found it another local store which was about 20 minutes away and he ordered there.
I know all that because that’s me. And that’s why it’s important for you to understand that this place is terrible to buy furniture from.
Recently, another customer purchased a king size bed and, he also thought that he ordered a king size mattress but instead, he had purchased a Queen size mattress by mistake. The customer tried his very best to cancel the order, but unfortunately, the Carolina Furniture Concepts told him that they could not cancel the order. The customer continued pressing further and Carolina Furniture Concepts stated they could not change the order to king size which evidently confirmed to him that they simply didn’t want to lose a sale leading to loss of a loyal customer, more so adding insult to the issue when he checked the item tag and the invoice he noted that they had charged him $100 over the full price while they were running a labor day sale. That was the experience of one of my friends who didn’t think of consulting with me before going to this store.
I want to send a warning to anybody who is considering doing business with Carolina furniture concepts. If you will need to purchase an item from these people, kindly ensure that you “dot every I and cross every T” before signing anything that they might ask you to sign. You will be out of luck if you realize later that you signed for a wrong item or maybe a damaged item that you never ordered. It once happened to one of their customers and when he complained, the manager who goes by the name Perry stated that he had signed for the chair they ordered for him. The chair that was ordered was not the one received. Unfortunately, the customer had assumed that Carolina Furniture Concepts was a reputable business and hence he never bothered to unwrap and carefully check if he had signed for the right item.
As per me, Carolina Furniture Concepts Furniture is totally not a reputable business since it seems to be very dishonest to the customers.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS, SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK, IF THEY GET YOUR MONEY YOU MAY NEVER SEE IT AGAIN AND HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT My husband and I put a deposit(150 of 800) down on a couch at this store, and then we sold our house and didn’t have a place to put the couch, and called to cancel the deposit. They said that was not allowed, even though we had not even paid for or received the couch. The customer service was wonderful with Mary, however all other sales reps were horrid. We were told the money would not be refunded however we could use the credit toward another purchase ( VERY OVER INFLATED PRICES , we had only gone there originally because of a sale going on). So I went down to apply the credit toward another purchase and once they confirmed the credit was there to use, they ran my card, for another 150.00 and then told me oh they had credited back my original deposit (had to file a complaint with the BBB, in the end) and I would owe them the rest, since there actually was no credit any longer. It was very calculated in giving me that information, It turns out my bank had gotten the money back from them, yes, and I had to work hard to get them to void out the sale I had just put through. They said I still owed them money for a couch I never fully bought or had in my possession. HUGELY OVER PRICED> HORRID customer service and make sure you check out the LACK OF A RETURN and cancellation policy, as well as truth policy.
