Carolina Physicians Network sends multiple bills for one appointment and continues to bill after they have received payment. Carolina Physicians Network employees treat patients with a hostile disrespectful tone and repeatedly claim that payment was not received and demand proof, then claim proof not received and act like each returned phone call is the first time I’ve called back to explain that check cleared my bank months ago yet they are still calling my home and sending bills. Even after one employee promises to escalate issue to supervisor, it takes many more calls and 2 faxes to clear account only to repeat all this when a second doctor visit became necessary. I’m addressing the ineptitude or purposeful obfuscation perpetrated by customer service personnel and not the charge for flu diagnostics resulting in an unreasonably high cost for simple flu shot (over $100) or the,”Hmmm, I don’t know what it is” that I got for a diagnosis.
