I’ve been to this place many times, more than I would like to, and now I feel like I need to put my thoughts out there. Every time they fix a problem, they will leave another 2 or more, so you end up going there again for a similar reason, yet different enough for them to charge you again.
Now, this is my experience here:
I bought a car with them around 2 years ago, and the experience was not good, but it was my first car, so I had nothing to compare them to. The salesperson was pushy, used very violent tactics and had me feeling very uncomfortable, almost dissatisfied with my purchase, the financials ended up charging me slightly more than what was advertised for the car, so I also felt robbed, but I just convinced myself that all car dealers were the same. Then, around January this year, my car started having problems, I took it in for a checkup, they returned it to me saying it was fine, but now the lights wouldn’t work, and the brakes were making noises (there were no issues with my car’s lights or brakes before they touched it), so I had to take it again. I explained to them how this was their fault, but they refused to take responsibility and made me pay for the repairs, now the lights were working, the brakes were ok, and the original problem was still there.
A week went by, and there were problems again, this time, my car was shaking at high speeds, and the wheels almost felt like they were stopping for no reason. I go to the service, leave it for a few days, it’s something kinda related to the previous fixes but, again, they are not responsible for it, so I have to pay. This happened 2 other times in the same month, at that moment, I had already spent more than $5K on repairs only because they wouldn’t do a good job. I decided to take my car with a different dealer the next time something happened (something else did happen within the next couple of days, and was again related to their repairs).
The guys at the other center were not really nice to me, said the car was poorly treated by the previous service, and probably would need a big investment to be in good shape again. I’m glad I tried going to a different place and found out what an excellent service truly is, and I feel bad thinking I have to go back with Ryan and his crew of greedy freaks because they left something undone in my car, and now no one else will touch it because they don’t know what these people did, and they don’t want to break anything. There are honest people in this world, you just won’t find them here.
