On Saturday, 21 November 2016 I took my car to Carriage Express Car Wash to get my car washed. This is a car wash where you get to ride through. After what I have been through with one of their employees I will think twice before I ever go back there. After getting the car vacuumed (it is self service) I went to pay for the wash that I wanted. Once I got up to the car wash entry I aligned my vehicle in a straight line so that it can go into the conveyor belt. The employee on duty got very aggressive with me and became verbally abusive with me for no reason; after all, trying to align your car with the car wash conveyor belt is a very tight turn at this car wash. Furthermore, the employee was trying to make me turn my steering wheel the other way to a point where my car could have become damaged in the conveyor belt. The employee’s aggressive behavior towards me resonated in my mind even after I left the car wash. I had my receipt with the phone number and I called later on in the day to attempt to speak with the manager about the employee’s behavior towards me; when I called I politely asked to speak to a manager and I was hung up on. If Carriage Express Car Wash wants to remain in business it needs to better respect the needs of its customers. I have attempted to resolve this issue by contacting the manager to express my concerns regarding how I was treated; however, due to the treatment I received I will be taking my car washing business elsewhere and this report on Ripoff Scams is well justified.
