They are doing the same thing to me as another reporter in regards to a bad transmission. I have to pay for diagnosis and then who knows how much of the repair they will or won’t cover. The mechanic told me that nobody fixes a manual transmission. Its cheaper to get it replaced which would be all on the warranty. By the time you crack it open to see what’s wrong, your almost at the cost of a replacement. However, they insist that the mechanic diagnose it. The bottom line is that this company doesn’t want to pay a thing. They haven’t payed for anything that went wrong on my car. Every mechanic and dealer I talk to has nothing good to say about this company. They all say they are the worse to deal with. I can only agree. DT philadelphia, PennsylvaniaU.S.A.
