I am writing to complain about the extended warranty i purchased. when i purchased the warranty the representative stated that it was a power train warranty and would cover EVERYTHING in the power train. i have a 2007 F350 the EGR went out, cost was over $2000 and the warranty company would not fix it!!! Everytime i time i need repair that is listed under the warranty car safe NEVER wants to pay for a rental car over one day!! When my truck goes in for repair its always a problem from car safe, they NEVER WANT TO PAY ANYTHING!! The ford service department hate dealing with car safe. All the ford service department states “THEY ARE THE WORST EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY THEY HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!! also, i have had to pay more out of pocket with the extended warranty as if i did not have one. i suppose to have only a $100 co-pay for each service stated in the warranty. but as of today car safe has not covered half the problems i have had with the truck. with repair to my truck with the extended warranty i have paid over $3500. i purchased the car safe warranty in 2010 and paid $3450!!!!! This company is taking advantage of a hard working person like myself. the company is only a scam scam scam scam!!!!!! i want to take this warranty and shove it up the warranty asssss! my money does not grow on trees and i need my truck for the business i operate. if i would have known they were not a honesty reliable company i would have never ever never ever spent my MONEY!!!!!!!
