Typically I do not feel the need to complain about a company’s services on the internet, but Carter West Engineering is truly terrible. They up-quoted us a ridiculous amount after starting our project. When we pushed back, the owner Carter and his girlfriend started to threaten legal action if we didn’t follow through. When we requested weekly updates, he would say he was too busy. Because of our mistake in choosing this company we lost out on a major client. They over promise and under deliver. I would not suggest them for any type of work.
