Delay delivery is just a usual thing for Carvana
The worst experience that I ever had in my life is with this one only.
First I will tell you what happened to me and then you can decide for yourself if you want to take a risk by going with them.
I ordered my first car with them to which they gave me a delivery date. Then after a few days, I received an email that they had now changed the delivery schedule and now will deliver it after another 7 days.
Once those 7 days also passed, I started calling the customer service to know the whereabouts to which they were unable to trace the facts for this delivery. Every time I call the customer service and a different person received the phone call and I had to explain all of it again and again which is very frustrating.
First, they told me that they had labeled the product wrongly so they need some time, then they were unable to trace it and then they said that it will be further delayed and they will pay me compensation for that, which I never received yet.
And with all these, let me tell you that while making the booking I informed very clearly that I need the car to be delivered on time as I had planned a trip to go in this car, which never happened as till now I have not received my car.
I am still doing pillar to post to get my car delivered and nothing in place.
Now I will leave it to you that entire if you want to take such risk with your time.
