Every person is designed beautiful, yet complex which means we may need help navigating ourselves and our surroundings. The goal of counseling is to heal parts of ourselves that are potentially harmful, liberate parts that were cast away or feel ashamed and celebrate a healthy internal system. This will lead to a life filled with peace and understanding. The harmony of your internal system will increase your quality of life and decrease the shame, unhealthy coping, and discomfort in your life. I have experience working with individuals who have struggled understanding their identity, developed unhealthy coping patterns and struggled through relationship scaring. I work from an Internal Family Systems framework (IFS) to guide clients into Self-leadership while remaining Person-Centered and Emotively based.
