We ordered a bottle of Redbreast cask strength and received a bottle of Redbreast single pot 12 year. We emailed them immediately as they do not have a phone number available. We explained the issue and they requested we send a photo of the bottle we received. We did so and have yet to hear back a month late after many efforts to either have a refund or a discount on the bottle we originally purchased. After many efforts to find a phone number and coming across a previous rip off report about this company and STILL not hearing anything back from them, I decided to write up a report so hopefully they are reported to the BBB. It’s outrageous how unprofessional this company has been.
