While my Winnebago was in their shop to repair an AC defect, they were unable to properly diagnose the problem and changed parts willy nilly in a trial-and-error approach. The vehicle was in their shop for over 3 weeks and they broke the engine cover, broke the center console, created grease stains on my carpeting and used my bed to have their lunch and whatever else. When I reported this to the owner of the dealership I was virtually called a liar. I will never return to Cassel GMC in Patchogue again, not even to have a kiddie car repaired.
