This ad agency will promise you big values, flooding with the leads and when you pay them they will stop responding to you. Forget about the delivery time, they will not even receive your phone call or reply to your email to communicate. I am an advertising manager in one of the business ventures in real estate and joined hands with them for leads. They first promised me a big return on our investment and leads flooding in. Also, they asked for a 100% advance payment as they said that they do not work without the full amount. With a lot of negotiations, I managed to give him only a 70% advance payment and held the balance 30% as somewhere in my mind I am a bit unsure about paying the complete amount in advance. They promised us to send leads from 3rd day from the day of receiving the payment as they will run the advertisements to the target audience and every day they will send us the lead details. To a surprise, from 2nd day onwards the contact person stopped taking my phone call and then stopped replying to my email. Then after 4 days, I called on the direct reception number where I got to know that the person is not in the office. Then for the last 5 days in m continuously chasing them but all in vain. They never called me, not even received the calls that I did and not even returning our payment. We have not received any leads till now, which is 7th day from paying the payment. Forget about the leads, now I am only worried about getting my advance amount back. Please don’t get business with them.
