IF YOU WANT TO GET TERRIBLE SREVICE YOU GOT TO GO TO CASTLE! THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM TO GET YOUR MACHINE DIAGNOSED AS THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU WHAT THEY THINK IS WRONG WITH IT AND THAT THEY WILL HAVE TO CALL KAWASAKI TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH IT AND THAT IS WHEN YOUR NIGHTMARE STARTS! THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING GURANTEED! MY NIGHTMARE STARTED THREE MONTHS AGO WITH A BRAND NEW MULE WITH 30 HOURS ON IT. THE MACHINE STARTED MAKING A TICKING NOISE TOOK IT IN BEFORE ITS FIRST SERVICE WAS EVEN SUPPOSED TO BE DONE MIGHT I ADD, AND WAS TOLD LET US GET INTO IT AND WE WILL CALL YOU. THE NIGHT BEFORE TAKING IT IN AS WITH ANY MACHINE MAKING A TICKING NOISE WHAT WOULD YOU DO (CHECK THE OIL) AS I DID TO FIND IT FULL. WELL SOMEWHERE BETWEEN THAT NIGHT AND THE NEXT MORNING ACCORDING TO KAWASAKI THE OIL DISAPPEARED. I GO DOWN THERE AND ASK TO SEE WHERE THERE WAS NO OIL IN THE MACHINE AND THEN THE STORY CHANGES TO THE AIR FILTER HAS DIRT IN IT. WELL IF THIS IS AN ATV WHERE DO YOU DRIVE IT THAT IT IS NOT GOING TO GET DIRT IN THE AIR FILTER YOU TELL ME? AFTER THE STORIES CHANGE AND THEY GET IT ALL TORE APART I AM TOLD THAT WARRANTY IS NOT GOING TO COVER IT AND THERE WILL BE A FEE TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER TO TAKE IT ELSEWHERE OR I CAN HAVE THEM FIX IT. WELL $1200.00 DOLLARS LATER AFTER THE INTITIAL $8800.00 I HAVE A NEW ENGINE AND AM ADVISED TO BRING IT BACK AT 75 HRS. THE BREAK IN TIME FOR THE NEW ENGINE AND THAT THEY HAD ALSO ADJUSTED SOMETHING IN THE GEARING MECANISM. WELL WOULD YOU NOT KNOW IT IS THERE TODAY BECAUSE IT WOLD NOT GO INTO GEAR SECOND NIGHTMARE. NOW LET ME SAY IT WAS THERE OVER A MONTH LAST TIME WITH THEM SCRATCHING THERE HEADS AND SO I GO THERE LAST WEEK TO ASK IF THERE IS A BETTER ROUTE ABOUT GOING AND GETTING IT FIXED THIS TIME FASTER AND WAS TOLD SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WHICH I DID. I ARRIVE THERE THIS MORNING (WHEN I COULD HAVE BEEN WORKING) WHEN THEY OPEN AND WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A PHONE CALL WITH THE PROBLEM WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED AND UPON CALLING THEM WAS TOLD TRANSMISSION PROBLEM WILL HAVE TO TEAR INTO IT WILL BE A WEEK BEFORE WE CAN GET TO IT AFTER WE TALK TO KAWASAKI(A JOKE) THIS AT 11 AM IT IS NOW 3PM AND STILL NO ANSWER(WOULDNT YOU KNOW) I AM NOT SURPRISED THIS IS MY SECOND RODEO WITH THESE CLOWNS AS THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY WILL. ALL I AM TRYING TO SAY IS BUY ELSEWHERE AS THESE GUYS STAND BEHIND NOTHING THEY SELL, CUSTOMER SERVICE F$^%^& SUCKS AND ARE A RIPOFF IF THERE EVER WAS ONE! I AM GOING AND GETTING MY MACHINE AND TAKING ELSEWHERE AFTER FIXED. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LISTINGS IF LIVE IN NASHVILLE AREA FOR A USED KAWASAKI BECAUSE I AM ON MY WAY TO PURCHASE A POLARIS SOMEONE WHO STANDS BEHIND THE PRODUCT THEY SALE.
