I went to a birthday party at Catch Air which is located at 5920 Rosewell road suite c-212. When I entered the woman at the entrance inquired as to whether my child had socks. I said no and that I have never needed to have socks on my child every time I’ve gone to any caught air before because she can’t walk and can scarcely slither. The woman said that the child must have socks and that I need to get some for her. I rehashed, “she can’t walk. Her little feet are not going to contact your ground.” The woman demanded that those are the principles and I needed to purchase socks for her. A friend at the party helped me get a pair of socks and only then I could enter the venue. As every other person in the gathering did, I laid my Burgandy Old Navy jacket and few other stuff along with the highest point of the rack named “[name deleted] Party 12:30”. The Catch Air worker who helped with the gathering was exceptionally unpleasant, as was every other person I had experienced. In any case, at 2:45 when I decided to leave with my child, I thought to take our belongings which were placed on the silver rack, were currently in a “shoes” container, including other’s shoes/books and my belongings. My jacket and a few other things were missing. I complained to the workers about it, but no one was concerned to help me search for it, both in the “party” racks area by the passage, and in the gathering room, my belongings were nowhere to be found. I headed back home and the next morning I called and addressed Brittany, who is the director of this place. Brittany wasn’t helpful and kept arguing with me that past prompting Catch Air isnt in charge of lost or taken things, she even blamed me that I could’ve utilized$.25 storage or left my belongings in the vehicle. I also tried to the complaint through posting via web-based networking media. I was baffled with the result. At no time was I solicited the incentive from my belongings, regardless of whether I\’d left anything in the pockets, and so on. I was additionally frustrated that my belongings were moved from where I put it to somewhere else, which shows catch air TOOK RESPONSIBILITY for it while moving it and now it is presently gone. I hoped they would pay attention to answer my issue, yet additionally to execute a superior procedure for lodging/putting away/keeping partygoer\’s things or offering choices. I think their business might be going down that’s why they ask for money for everything little thing. They wanted me to pay them a lot of dollars if I wanted to search for the belongings. I got to know through two other guardians that staff at Catch air steal people’s belongings for themselves and there was no chance I could take my stuff back. After this horrible experience, I never want to go to this place ever.
