I purchased a phone in January, I received it in February; it was the wrong color. They told me to send it back along with a form they mailed to me, I did and kept the receipt and tracking number. They received the phone and asked if I wanted another one because they did not have the one I wanted; I asked for a refund, it never happened. They sent two or three emails saying the refund was processed, however, nothing showed up on my card. I called American Express after Cells4u said they contacted them and that Amex was going to accept the refund, Amex told me they have not heard anything from them; I have issued a complaint with Amex to retrieve my money a month ago. It”s been 6 months since I have purchased the phone and I am still awaiting my money. I had contacted Better Business Bureau, they closed the complaint after a week or so saying I asked for a refund on my credit card…that was it. They didn”t ask me if I received the refund or not, just simply allowed Cells4u to tell them I asked for a refund request on my credit card and that was the end of that. During these 6 months they would not answer phone calls nor emails accept when I threatened law involvement. Now, they do not respond at all. I am still awaiting my refund.
