A trip to Centennial Lakes Dental Group to have my teeth and gums examined for unnecessary bleeding made the health issue feel much lighter.

I am not comfortable with the unpleasantness of staff members at the dentist. They didn’t do a good job on my teeth. The unfriendly staff showed no interest in the procedure I had. Information about the procedure was of no importance to those people and they did not feel the need to let me know of the details.

The uncomfortable visit to the dentist had made me see a different view of the practice.

My teeth weren’t in bad shape, they just needed cleaning and a regular examination as I do that a few times in the year. At Centennial Lakes Dental Group, I observed the poor patient care, and the lack of confidence when I was talking to the patients. The dentist superficially tried to be gentle with me during the examination.

The doctors are not good with patients. At Centennial Lakes Dental Group, they fake their smile and kindness towards their patients. I sat on an uncomfortable seat while having the exam and the staff didn’t show concern as I waited. The poorly qualified staff members are unfriendly, and the dental hygienist doesn’t wear gloves when with a patient. The facilities don’t have enough toilet paper and are not clean enough for patient use. I didn’t have an amazing experience at Centennial Lakes Dental Group, instead, I had a bad experience with uncomfortable chairs and uncleaned toilets.

Each visit at Centennial Lakes Dental Group made me feel less and less interested in their services.

The examination left me with painful gums and gum infections. They work slowly and are inconsiderate of the pain they cause their patients. Staff members don’t try to make patients feel comfortable during and after these procedures.

The reception area is not clean, and the dust accumulated on the office furniture wasn’t a good sight for a patient. I don’t recommend Centennial Lakes Dental Group to anyone. I experienced an unhelpful staff and an unfriendly dentist group. There is nothing good to say about the personnel and the hygienist. In my eyes, this group is certainly not a recommendation for anyone in search of a dentist.

The unskilled and unworthy staff are not worth it and don’t have a pleasant personality for a dentist group. I won’t recommend to others what has caused me so much pain and discomfort.

I am disappointed at Centennial Lakes Dental Group because of the customer’s service, which leaves patients feeling less important to the team. Patients require care and they need to prioritize their patients. The lack of communication skills and the poor quality of dental treatments has to be upgraded.

Patients need to feel relaxed in the dentist room and I did not feel anything of that sort. The many experiences I had with Centennial Lakes Dental Group made me really unhappy.
