I hired CCAC to install a heating and air system. It was installed incorrectly, which, as it turns out, has made my power bill much higher than it should’ve been for the last 3 years. Come to find out, Trane (the brand system I have), doesn’t even list CCAC as a dealer any more. Not to mention, the crew that originally installed the system was very unprofessional, one older gentlemen on the crew was even caught urinating in my yard! I would never recommend Central Carolina Air Conditioning to ANYONE looking for HVAC installation or service.
