I have tried contacting them numerous times about a medical debt that appears on my credit report for over $5,000.00. I finally got to talk to a live person once, they were unable to locate the file by searching by my social security number. I have them all the information that was listed on my credit report including their file that was listed on the credit report pulled by my bank. They were still unable to locate the file. I have left numerous phone messages asking someone to please return my phone call. It has been over a year and still no one has returned a call, mailed me a letter or has contacted me about what this medical debt is for. It is hard to resolve an issue or a debt if no one will contact you. .
