On Dec. 11, 2012, I was hired as the Office Manager for CFLA, LLC by Andrew P. Lehman who by telling me he was a licensed atty in C.A. Upon accepting the position, Andrew began in front of staff and office personnel almost daily. I was completely embarrassed and distressed with this situation. I went to Andrew P. Lehman, several times asking him to change this behavior due to the demonstrative effect on professional relations. He never changed behaviors, he only got Worse. Andrew P. Lehman several times; Andrew P. Lehman frequently and cups in the office and leaves it for me to dispose of. He made my work environment , ineffective, and non-productive. Andrew P. Lehman has taken malicious acts agaist me putting my very livelihood in jeopardy. After I advised him I was going to report the actions if he did not cease, he terminated my employment. I have suffered extreme mental anguish due to him constantly embarrassing me and on the job and now severe financial hardships. He has a history of this action with women, in particular his staff.
