Certified Professional Restoration

This awful company is threating to place a lien on my home because they have not completed the work that was to be done to my home and what was done was substandard. They have not even started our gutters or shutters but expect me to pay them now. The contract states 1/3 down, 1/3 at 75% complete and the balance when the job is completely. They can’t een install doors properely. Don’t ever hire Certified Professional Restoration to even build a dog house let alone something you should live in. They are upset because I told them I would not pay them until my house was completed and so now they are trying to bully me into paying them when they are not even done! Terribel business so stay away from Certified Professional Restoration in Appleton WI. I do have many photos and videos of the terrible job they have done.
