Certify Zoom

Received an email for an interview with Spectre, Inc. Stated it was necessary to send them a Background Certification from Certify Zoom. I paid $16.95 and sent email stating I had done so. I got response that she was waiting for hiring manager to get back to me. Never heard back. Here is the email.
